Police to take Classes on Constitutional Rights

Rockford- The
pro-life group filed a lawsuit against the city over harassment of the group's
members, alleging that police violated their civil rights.
Attorneys
from the Thomas More Society, who represented the group and the city's attorneys
have agreed on revisions of city ordinances, payment of lawyer fees and
compensation for losses.
