March Gas Prices At All Time High

AAA said Monday that drivers in Illinois are paying an average of $3.92 per gallon which is the highest they've ever paid in March.
Since the beginning of the year, the price of gas in Illinois has risen by 59 cents per gallon.
AAA says that the high prices can be attributed to maintenance downtimes and a decline in refinery production. Refineries are switching over to a summer blend of gasoline which is more expensive than winter blends.
The AAA warns that drivers won't be seeing any relief at the pump for awhile.
