Man Arrested For Residential Burglaries

During the past several weeks, numerous residential burglaries have taken place in rural Winnebago County.
Police investigated the incidents and determined that Machesney Park resident, Terry Yoho, 52, was a suspect in the burglaries.
On Wednesday around 11:00 a.m. a burglary to a home took place in Ogle County on McGregor Rd. Deputies in the area stopped a car driven by Yoho shortly after the burglary.
Yoho was charged with residential burglary in Ogle County. Detectives are continuing to investigate similar burglaries. They say that unoccupied homes have been broken into and televisions and electronic items have been taken.
