Kids Wrestling Back 3/7/13

Rockford, Illinois-State basketball is going on in Peoria, but for wrestlers Rockford is the place to be this weekend.
The Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation State Tournament will be held at the BMO Harris Bank Center Friday and Saturday. Almost 900 youth wrestlers will compete.
There are 30 teams involved. Local teams include the Dakota Wrestling Club, Harlem Cougar Wrestling Club, Hononegah Wrestling Club, Stillman Valleyl Wrestling Club and the Rockford Wrestling Club.
The wrestlers weighed-in Thursday. The Grand March will be held Friday at 8 a.m. The competition will begin at 9 a.m.
The action will continue through the Finals which will become Saturday evening at 5:30 p.m.
This is the 11th consecutive year that the tournament has been held in Rockford.
