"Forbes Schmorbes": RACVB Unveils New "Miserable" Video

Forbes recently ranked Rockford as the "Third Most Miserable City" in the country. RACVB crafted a video to turn that ranking on it's head. It highlights the very best the Forest City has to offer from Anderson Gardens, to the Ice Hogs, to the Coronado theater. The video shows that maybe Rockford isn't so miserable after all.
