Police: Avoid 15th Ave Bridge Due To Traffic Accident

Rockford police are advising drivers to avoid the 15th Ave. bridge until 6:00 P.M. due to a car accident.
Emergency crews on scene are saying that a car has rolled over. An Eyewitness News crew is on scene and we'll provide more information as it becomes available.
