Durbin To Debate Legality of Military Using Drones in U.S. On Americans

U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin (D) will address the controversial topic of U.S. drones targeting Americans.
He'll head up a judiciary subcommittee that will focus on the constitutionality of such a military action. Since 9/11, drones have been used against terrorists around the world.
Now, the President is considering using them against Americans here at home if they're linked to terrorism.
The committee will meet next month.
