A man is arrested for drunk driving after he crashed into a parked car.

Ronald E. Campbell Jr. was driving south on N. Pontiac Dr. when a patrolling officer noticed that he'd crashed his vehicle into an unoccupied parked car.

Campbell agreed to a series of field sobriety tests, but refused to finish admitting, "I am drunk."  Campbell registered a .43 blood alcohol content.

Campbell is currently in custody on his 7th OWI offense.

Please explain to me why there are continuous opportunities for these same repeaters/offenders to be able to have the driving privilege where innocent people that want a safe life and a clean living have it possibly taken away. These DUI/OWI, etc. are not any different. People are unconscious/out of control with their reaction time/brain actions, etc. The eye sight is impaired, and later the physical part of the body where major organs are permanently damaged. At my age (retirement age) I work three jobs, and I do not plan to retire. I have one more degree to obtain with my six college degrees and three careers. I am looking at a doctorate at a school in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and I have two master's degrees already. I only have one more to obtain. I can almost say there has been some success with three careers, three engineering degrees. I do not smoke and I do not drink. It is a waste of money, and guess what? It is damaging to your health. Health and car insurance costs more, and you are taking a chance on taking the life of innocent clean people. Think about this. DUI/DRINKING/SMOKING COSTS IN MANY WAYS. WHY TAKE A FOOLISH CHANCE. BY THE WAY 0.43 IS WAY OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT. HOW CAN YOU SURVIVE WITH THAT PERCENT? THIS IS MORE THAN FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RESPOND TO MR. JEROME
