4 Arrested During Parole Compliance Check

The Rockford Police Department and the Illinois Department of Corrections Parole Division conducted forty nine parole compliance checks on parolees living in Rockford.
The compliance checks focused on those who are on parole for violent offenses. During the parole compliance checks the following arrests were made:
Schuylar A. Givhan, 28 years of age, Rockford, Illinois.
City of Rockford failure to appear warrant.
Winnebago County failure to appear warrant.
Winnebago County failure to appear warrant.
Robert D. Ramey, 32 years of age, Rockford, Illinois. (Not on parole)
Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Gang member (.380 caliber pistol recovered)
No FOID
Clinton A. Lee, 24 years of age, Rockford, Illinois
Violation of the Cannabis Control Act 10-30 grams cannabis
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Illinois Department of Corrections warrant issued
Qutaves Q Box-Woodard, 22 years of age, Rockford, Illinois
Unlawful use of Weapons (Stun Gun)
Illinois Department of Corrections warrant issued
