Update: Man Dies In Drunk Driving Accident

UPDATE: Brandon Moore, 29, of Rockford died at Swedish American Hospital Thursday. Winnebago County Coroner Sue Fiduccia says that Moore died from blunt trauma to the head and chest from the crash. The Coroner's office is still waiting on results of a toxicology test.

man is charged, and another man in the hospital after a late night crash. It
happened at 9th street
and 7th avenue.
Police say 31-year old driver Kenneth Harris lost control of his jeep near the Railroad Ave.
viaduct.
The vehicle hit a curb, and rolled over into an empty lot. It then continued to
roll until it ended up in a creek.
A 29-year old man is in critical condition at Swedish American after being thrown from the vehicle.
A 27-year old female along with Harris suffered minor injuries. Harris's charges include aggravated DUI causing bodily harm, reckless driving, and no proof of insurance. He's behind bars with no bond set.
